Volunteer: Fur Ball 2025

The Barkfest at Tiffany’s Fur Ball is Halifax Humane Society’s most prestigious black-tie gala, held to raise funds for our lifesaving programs and services for animals in need. All proceeds from the event directly support Halifax Humane Society’s mission to care for and protect animals in need. This includes veterinary care, foster services, and adoption programs. The event is black-tie, and guests are encouraged to wear formal attire. While elegant evening wear is entirely appropriate, we welcome those who wish to embrace the theme with refined, glamorous touches.

Volunteers are required to dress in black attire. Tie, bow ties and jackets are encouraged but not required for volunteers. Ladies are encouraged to wear formal black dresses or black slacks and a blouse.
